Coconut Flour Pizza
Makes an 8-9” thin crust pizza

For the base
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Kurakkan flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese (we used @ciaocheese)
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons warm water

Topping
Tomato purée
Topping of your choice
Mozzarella cheese .
Preheat oven to 200C degrees. Mix all ingredients for the base in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30-60 secs until the cheese has just melted. Bring the dough together. Drizzle some coconut oil onto a baking sheet. Place the dough in the centre. Cover with another piece of baking sheet and roll out to a circle. Gently remove the top baking sheet once the dough has taken shape. Place the base in the hot oven for 7-10 minutes without toppings. When it’s half cooked take the base out top with tomato purée, other toppings and cheese. Bake at 250C degrees for another 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned. Enjoy!
